When it comes to controlling complex projects, we at Project Management Consulting are the key contact within the Volkswagen Group. With a strong focus on our customers, we work together to develop targeted and individual solutions for the challenges within the given project. With both standard and agile project solutions, we can offer advice to address specific needs. Our diverse consulting team has extensive experience in project management, PRINCE2, SCRUM and ITIL.

We train our employees on an ongoing basis to ensure that we always deliver a high level of quality. The PMO assists customers in the operational implementation of project management standards and the provision of additional PMO-related services.
