The Collaboration:HUB in Braunschweig offers modern, future-oriented spaces that are designed in line with the needs of people and the projects they work on.  

The point of departure here is the Innospace concept used at Volkswagen, which ensures that the HUB offers optimal conditions for collaboration. Whether it’s in-person events or hybrid formats – for us, everything revolves around collaboration. We focused on flexibility and practical usefulness from the very beginning when we designed our spaces and selected the technologies and systems to be used. For example, all furniture is mounted on castors and we only employ software and technical systemsthat are part of the Group standard. This facilitates cross-brand collaboration and the subsequent incorporation of all acquired knowledge into individual projects. 

With 11 spaces that can be used individually, a total area of 750 square metres, and all the latest technology, the Collaboration:HUB is helping to transform the nature of daily work at the Volkswagen Group. 

Our scoping process ensures precisely coordinated service for our customers in line with their requirements – from the first discussion to the completion of the project.

When we perform our launch management services, we analyse the market and competitive situation, identify and validate target customers and design business cases. MVPs & Digital Prototyping

Here, we focus on the development of minimum viable products (MVPs), strategic design, the creation of digital prototypes and the development of technological business models.

We use these prototypes to create a functional digital draft version of your product, which we can later launch on the market without having to incur high programming costs.

UX Reserach

Everything we do centres around the customer experience.   

When new products and services are developed, it is essential to incorporate the customer and the user point of view into the process, and to understand both. This is exactly what we do when we conduct our design and UX research activities.   

More specifically, we make use of targeted research methods in order to create a realistic depiction of future users and their requirements that will enable us to ultimately offer our customers the best possible user experience.   

Knowledge transfer also influences the customer experience. New issues and processes necessitate the use of new methods of cooperation that employees and partners need to be introduced to and enabled to utilise.   

When we transfer knowledge, we also work with our customers to develop target group-specific enabling concepts that relate to specific rollouts. We also conduct train-the-trainer programmes and key-user-training programmes as well.   

The design, development, planning and management of workshops are also part of our portfolio.
