This mainly relates to Production IT and Logistics, as well as other organisational units such as the one responsible for mobile online services in vehicles. It’s an important task that comes with a lot of responsibility!
This is particularly true for the Production and Logistics divisions, but also other organisational units in the automotive industry. In the event of a fault, the control centre team coordinates the solution to the problem. Our IT troubleshooters not only need to remain calm, but they also need to take the right action quickly and in a targeted manner. With professional knowledge and competence, they ensure that quality standards, key parameters and financial figures are maintained. Generally speaking, everything runs smoothly and therefore colleagues use the time to update the knowledge database – allowing errors to be permanently excluded or, in the event of future problems, a response to be provided more quickly.
